Silver Dollar
In the crisp air's embrace, a silver dollar gleams,
A symbol of honor, a tribute it beams.
An officer's path, a journey's proud flight,
Marked by this coin, shining bright.
In the palm's salute, the weight of my vow,
Echoes of valor, commitment I avow.
The sky's vast expanse, my domain unfurled,
A silver dollar, a promise to the world.
With wings that carve through heavens high,
I fly my Black Hawk 'neath the azure sky.
A covenant forged in honor and grace,
A Captain's flight into hallowed space.
Embrace the wings, the valor they hold,
A salute to duty, a tale to be told.
As silver meets sky, in union they sing,
My journey begins, on valor's wing.
