Duality
Two souls within me secretly reside,
One Good, one Evil on a fateful ride.
The duality of man, a timeless war,
A battle between what’s evil, and what’s pure.
Like Dr. Jekyll in the light of day,
I am the kindest soul in every way.
With warmth and grace, I spread delight,
A beacon of goodness, shining so bright.
But when provoked, when anger takes hold,
I become a force, fierce and bold.
Like Mr. Hyde, unleashed and untamed,
Those who cross me find themselves blamed.
My wrath is a frightening sight to see,
From gentle spirit to a roaring sea.
In my anger's grip, they feel the storm,
I don’t compromise or conform.
I am the Jekyll of light and the Hyde of night,
A balance of contrasts in daily fight.
Both aspects within, they make me whole,
A testament to the depth of my courageous soul.
